Mariola Gstromen

Mariola Gstromen is an Associate Lecturer at the Academy of Education of HAN University of Applied Sciences. Her work focuses on practice-oriented research in personalized learning through ICT integration, emphasizing ICT literacy and equitable educational opportunities. She concurrently serves on the Quality Committee of the Kans en Kleur Collaborative Foundation's Supervisory Board.

Her expertise includes organizing personalized learning with ICT, leveraging technology for student self-regulation, and developing managerial competencies in ICT-driven education. She collaborates extensively with schools, teacher trainers, and researchers through the iXperium Centre of Expertise, aiming to enhance digital education efficacy across the Netherlands.

Mariola's research addresses micro/meso/macro-level personalized learning structures, teacher professional development, and ICT-enabled differentiation strategies. She co-leads the Lectorate Learning with ICT, advancing evidence-based practices through partnerships with educational institutions nationwide.
