Marina Dolmatova

Dr. Marina Dolmatova is an Associate Professor at Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology (Skoltech) and Head of the Market Monitoring Department at the Association "NP Market Council". With 15+ years of leadership in the electric power industry, she specializes in electricity market design, mathematical modeling of multi-agent systems, and integration of distributed energy resources (DER) into centralized power systems.

Her research focuses on enhancing economic efficiency and technological reliability in energy markets through data science, machine learning, and optimization techniques.
