Dr. Marie-Line Germain is a Professor at Western Carolina University's College of Education and Allied Professions, specializing in Human Services. She holds a Ph.D. in Leadership and Human Resource Development from Barry University, along with advanced degrees from Université Paris-X and the University of Stirling. A Fulbright Specialist (2017), she has served as a Visiting Professor-Scholar in multiple countries, including Ghana, Finland, and France.
