Kimberly Scott serves as Associate Dean for Innovation and Program Development, Director of the Master’s Program in Learning & Organizational Change (MSLOC), and Assistant Professor at Northwestern University’s School of Education and Social Policy (SESP). Her expertise focuses on improving workplace environments to enhance employee wellness, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. She holds a PhD in Business Administration from The Ohio State University (1995) and has over two decades of experience in management consulting for Fortune 500 companies.
