Marian Crowley-Henry is a Professor of Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour at Maynooth University School of Business, and Director of Research for the School (2023-2026). She holds a PhD from Lancaster University and has over 20 years' academic experience, including roles at Dublin Institute of Technology and Compaq/EMEA. Her research focuses on careers, migration, diversity, and inclusion, with over 60 peer-reviewed publications.
