Tatiana Andreeva is an Associate Professor in Management and Organisational Behaviour at Maynooth University School of Business. She previously held roles as Associate Professor at St. Petersburg University Graduate School of Management (Russia) and Visiting Professor at Lappeenranta University Business School (Finland). Her PhD, MSc (International Business), and BSc (Management) were all earned at St. Petersburg University.
Her research focuses on knowledge management intersections with organisational behaviour and HRM, particularly knowledge sharing/hiding dynamics, hybrid work impacts, and contextual influences. Notable projects include the Emerald-funded study on intellectual capital in Russian firms and current work on gender differences in knowledge behaviors.
Award highlights include the 2023 Maynooth University Teaching Award for innovative pedagogy and the 2014 Emerald Research Award. She serves as Research Director (2018-2023) and teaches Leadership (MSc), Actionable Insights through Research (MSc), and PhD-level courses on theory-building and literature reviews.
