Dr Mariaelisa Epifanio is an Associate Professor in the Department of Politics at the University of Liverpool, where she has been since 2017. Previously, she served as a Research Fellow at CAGE (Centre for Competitive Advantage in the Global Economy) in the Department of Economics at the University of Warwick. She holds a PhD in Government from the University of Essex (2013) and studied Political Science at the Università degli Studi di Pavia.
