Charlotte Heath-Kelly is a Professor of Politics and International Studies at the University of Warwick, leading the ERC-funded 'Neoliberal Terror' project examining counter-radicalisation practices in Europe. Her work bridges security studies, criminology, and political theory, with a focus on counter-terrorism policies, memory studies, and the intersection of social welfare with national security.
Education: PhD in International Politics (Aberystwyth, 2012); MSc Political Theory (Cardiff, 2008); BA Politics and Philosophy (Cardiff, 2005).
