Maria Žuravljova is a Junior Lecturer (0.50 FTE) in Youth Work and a Junior Research Fellow (0.50 FTE) in Youth and Childhood Sociology at the University of Tartu's Faculty of Social Sciences. She has held various academic roles since 2008, including Programme Director, Assistant, and Project Manager at Narva College. She earned a Master's Degree in Special Youth Work in Estonia (2011) and is currently pursuing a PhD focusing on children and young people's rights in risk-free environments.
