Maria Peeters is an Associate Professor at Utrecht University's Faculty of Social and Behavioural Sciences, Department of Social, Health and Organisational Psychology. Since 2017, she has also held a part-time full Professor position at Eindhoven University of Technology. Her research focuses on sustainable employee performance in changing work environments, with particular attention to technological innovations and workplace diversity.
