Her research interrogates systems of classification through archival studies, collaborative projects, and performative methodologies. Key themes include:
- Decolonisation of artistic canons
- Intersectional narratives in Afro-European feminist discourse
- Metaphorical disruptions of normative structures
- Archaeology-inspired art practices
- Text-image relationships in identity formation
Notable projects like Surplus Cinema (2022) and Maltha: The Thrice Burnt Archive (2021) demonstrate her commitment to feminist lineages of the moving image and unreliable archival practices. She has received institutional support including Arts Council Funding for the Penryn Arts Festival (2013) and collaborative grants from the Flemish Community Commission (2022). Her pedagogical contributions span Fine Art BA(Hons), Illustration BA(Hons), and Graphic Design BA(Hons) programs.
