Maria Cerreta

Maria Cerreta is Full Professor of Valuation and Evaluation at the Department of Architecture, University of Naples Federico II, and Associate Researcher at CNR-IRISS (Institute for Research on Innovation and Services for Development). She directs advanced courses in real estate markets and port area planning while developing decision support systems for cultural heritage valorization and urban transformation projects.

Her research integrates multidimensional evaluation methodologies with geographic information systems for sustainable spatial planning. She currently contributes to the Horizon 2020 project 'REsource Management in Peri-urban Areas' (REPAiR), collaborating with international partners including TUDelft.
