Maria Caterina Pincherle

Maria Caterina Pincherle is an Associate Professor at the Department of European, American and Intercultural Studies at Sapienza University of Rome. She teaches courses on Portuguese and Brazilian Literature, including "From the Origins to the Seventeenth Century" (undergraduate) and "From the Desert to the Jungle: Places of Brazil Through Literature" (Master's Degree). Her research focuses on 20th-21st century Portuguese and Brazilian literature, urban narratives, and interdisciplinary cultural studies.
