Prof. Margherita Pasini-Dep is an Associate Professor in Psychometrics at the University of Verona's Department of Human Science. She holds roles as Director of the PhD Program in Organizational Psychology (since 2012) and leads the APsyM Lab, focusing on measurement methodologies in psychology. Her research spans organizational well-being, environmental restorativeness, and ICT's cognitive impacts.
Education: PhD in Experimental Psychology (University of Trieste) and graduate studies in Psychology (University of Padua). Professional memberships include AIP, EAWOP, and IAAP divisions for Work/Organizational and Environmental Psychology.
