Elisa Menardo-Dep is a Temporary Assistant Professor at the Department of Human Sciences, University of Verona. Her research focuses on quantitative psychology, environmental psychology, and general psychology, with an emphasis on pro-environmental behaviors, restorative environments, socio-cultural dynamics, and personality development. She also collaborates on Exercise and Sport Psychology and Work and Organizational Psychology.
She teaches modules such as Statistical Methods for Social Sciences, Psychological Research Methods, and Advanced Statistics at both undergraduate and graduate levels, including PhD programmes and professional development courses. Her teaching spans courses like APsyM Workshop on Quantitative Data Analysis and Psychology of Decision Making.
Elisa is actively involved in departmental governance, serving on the ETHICS COMMITTEE – Human Sciences, the Joint Faculty-Student Committee, and the Third Mission Commission. She contributes to quality assurance and internationalization initiatives, and is affiliated with research labs like the APsyM Lab and QRlab – Qualitative Research Laboratory.
