Margaux Schindler is an Assistant Professor and Chair of the Interior Design Program at the California College of the Arts (CCA), where she plays a key leadership role in shaping design education. She is also a practicing designer and Founding Partner of SIZL Studio, an interdisciplinary design practice active in architecture, landscape, interior design, and objects.

Margaux brings over 20 years of professional experience from leading design firms including IwamotoScott Architecture, Kohn Pedersen Fox, Jaklitsch/Gardner Architects, and others in cities such as San Francisco, New York, Philadelphia, and Miami. This extensive industry background deeply informs her pedagogy and curriculum leadership.
She is actively engaged in teaching and program development at CCA and shows no indication of part-time status, retirement, or emeritus standing.
