Margaret Russell is a Lecturer in English as a Foreign Language at the University of Plymouth’s English Language Centre - Academic Development, part of the Library and Academic Development division. She has been a full-time faculty member since 2016, focusing on international students across multiple faculties and trans-national education partnerships, notably with NSBM Sri Lanka. Recognized with the 2022 VC Award for International Engagement, her work emphasizes high-quality, diverse provision with global impact.
Her teaching spans modules on the Plymouth campus (e.g., ELC316), Malaysia (MAL3035), and Hong Kong (ELC314HK), alongside collaborations in Environmental Science and Business.
