Professor Margaret Brazier is a distinguished academic specializing in medical law and bioethics. She holds the title of Professor and teaches Health Care Law. Her career includes roles such as Editor of the Medical Law Review (2004-2011), Chair of the Animal Procedures Committee (1993-98), and Chair of the Nuffield Council on Bioethics Working Party on Prolonging Life in Fetuses and Newborns (2004-2006). Her research focuses on the intersection of criminal justice and healthcare, human tissue usage, patient responsibilities, and historical medical law.
