Margaret Angelini is the Director of the Guild of Carillonneurs and a faculty member in the Department of Music at Wellesley College. She also serves as organist at St. John’s Episcopal Church in Sharon and has taught piano and music theory at Stonehill College for nine years. Her career spans performance and education in carillon, organ, and harpsichord, with a focus on early music and sacred choral traditions.
- Education: B.A. from Wellesley College, M.M. in Organ from The New England Conservatory of Music.
Margaret Angelini is deeply engaged in performance and ensemble work, including founding roles in Ensemble Soleil and the Seraphim Singers. Her activities include appearances at the Boston Early Music Festival, artist-in-residence programs, and collaborations with period ensembles in the Boston area. She has held leadership positions in the American Guild of Organists and the Old West Organ Society, and she integrates teaching with student mentorship through carillon field trips and community activities.
