Marcel Verheijen

Marcel Verheijen is a part-time Assistant Professor at Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e) in the Department of Applied Physics, affiliated with the Plasma & Materials Processing group under Prof. Erwin Kessels. He also works as a TEM application specialist at Philips Innovation Labs on the Eindhoven High Tech Campus, where he focuses on industrial materials characterization and failure analysis for yield improvement in semiconductors, OLEDs, and solar cells.
