Marc Bomhof

Marc Bomhof is an Associate Professor in the Department of Kinesiology & Physical Education at the University of Lethbridge. His research explores the biological mechanisms linking exercise, diet, appetite regulation, and metabolic health.

Dr. Bomhof’s work addresses the complex relationship between physical activity and nutrition in managing body weight and metabolic disorders. He investigates how these factors interact through gut microbiota and systemic metabolic pathways.
