Mara Podvey

Mara Podvey, PhD, OTR, PMH-C, FAOTA, is an Associate Professor in the Department of Occupational Therapy at Seton Hall University. She joined the faculty in 2010 and focuses on pediatrics, perinatal health, and women’s health occupational therapy. Her scholarly work includes early childhood transitions, maternal mental health, and scissors skill development. She teaches foundational and pediatrics-focused courses and leads interprofessional initiatives. She collaborates on programs for pediatric students and ethics projects.
