Dr. Manesha Peiris is a Senior Lecturer in Reflective Practice & Project Management at Queen Mary University of London, affiliated with the School of Physical and Chemical Sciences. She holds a PhD in Business Management from the same institution, alongside an MSc in Technology Management and a BSc in Business Information Technology. Her work bridges education, technology, and gender studies, emphasizing inclusive pedagogy and feminist approaches.
Research interests include technology adoption, digital transformation in education, and gendered entrepreneurship in the Global South.
