Yuli Suseno

Yuli Suseno is a Professor of Management and Academic Director of International Education at RMIT University's School of Management. Her research focuses on entrepreneurship (particularly women's and migrant entrepreneurship), innovation ecosystems, social inclusion, and workplace dynamics. She has published in top-tier journals like Journal of Business Ethics and Journal of Business Research, and her work addresses global challenges tied to UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) like Reduced Inequalities (10), Quality Education (4), Gender Equality (5), and Decent Work (8).

Yuli has received multiple awards, including the UKAIS 2024 Best Paper Award and finalist recognition in the Business and Society Best Paper Award. Her academic journey includes scholarships from the Australian Research Council and the National University of Singapore, where she was top graduate in her Master's program. She has held leadership roles, including Deputy Dean for Learning and Teaching, and was a visiting scholar at institutions worldwide.

Her teaching emphasizes Cross-Cultural Management, and she actively supervises research projects exploring entrepreneurial ecosystems and the mediating role of entrepreneurship education. She collaborates on projects addressing digital sustainability, ethical leadership, and the societal impacts of emerging technologies.
