Malik Baker is the Elijah Cummings Legal Fellow at the National Security Archive, a partnership between George Washington University and the Howard University School of Law. He focuses on Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) research and open government litigation.
Education:
- JD from Howard University School of Law (2020)
- BA in political science and philosophy with a minor in criminology from the University of New Mexico (2017)
Research Interests: Government transparency, FOIA enforcement, records law compliance, and public policy frameworks for open governance.
