Dr. Maja Sawicka is an Assistant Professor at the Chair of Digital Sociology, Department of Sociology, University of Warsaw, and a Visiting Researcher at the Ludwig Uhland Institute for Empirical Cultural Studies (University of Tübingen). Her work bridges sociology, digital ethnography, and emotional subcultures.
