Dr. Mahabat Baimyrzaeva is a Professor at the Middlebury Institute of International Studies (MIIS) since 2007. Her work bridges organizational leadership, social innovation, and public administration reform in international development contexts. She teaches courses in the International Policy and Development Program and MPA programs, focusing on applied research, strategic leadership, and systems thinking.
