Madleine Sara is a Professor and Women Ministry Coordinator at the Biblical Studies Department of Bethlehem Bible College. She holds a BEd in Special Education from David Yellin Teacher’s College, Jerusalem, an MA in Christian Counseling from Liberty University, and a Doctor of Ministry (DMin) in Spiritual and Leadership Formation from Portland Seminary, George Fox University. Her work spans education, pastoral ministry at Jerusalem Alliance Church, and women’s empowerment initiatives.

Madleine’s research and practice focus on integrating Christian counseling with leadership formation to empower Arab women in ecclesiastical and societal contexts. She founded the women’s ministry A Pot in His Hand, which trains women for leadership roles, and authored the Arabic book Motherhood is a Responsibility, not just a Role.
