Darcy Hansen serves as Associate Director of Doctoral Programs and Assistant Professor of Leadership & Formation at Portland Seminary, George Fox University, a role she assumed in 2023 after graduating with her Doctor of Ministry degree. Previously, she taught as an adjunct professor at Portland Seminary for two years and concurrently instructed Adult Degree Program courses, while also serving as adjunct faculty in Northwest University Oregon's Pastoral Care and Counseling Program and teaching at Africa College of Theology in Kigali, Rwanda (2018-2019).

She previously served as hospitality coordinator on Portland Seminary's community life team (2017-2019) while completing her MDiv.
