Mackenzie Reeser, MPH, is an Adjunct Faculty member at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s Gillings School of Global Public Health. As Director of Nutrition Services at Integrative Life Center in Nashville, she specializes in treating mental health challenges—including depression, trauma, substance abuse, and eating disorders—through nutrition therapy. Her work focuses on the intersection of nutrition and behavioral health recovery.

- Bachelor’s degree from Lipscomb University, Nashville
- Master of Public Health (MPH) from UNC Chapel Hill
Her expertise spans clinical nutrition, advocacy for clients, and international health outreach in Togo and Honduras. Reeser has held roles at The Ranch (Nashville) and Carolina House (Durham), treating eating disorders and collaborating with stakeholders to advance holistic care.
