MIN JUNG KIM is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Kinesiology and Sport Management at Texas A&M University. Her research focuses on enhancing stakeholder well-being in sport organizations through positive organizational behavior, particularly in employee growth, consumer well-being, and business analytics. She holds a PhD in Sport Management from Florida State University (2015), and degrees from Yonsei University in Seoul, including a B.S. and M.D. in Sport and Leisure Studies.
Her work explores how sport organizations can foster sustainable practices, improve employee psychological capital, and enhance consumer experiences through innovative strategies. Recent research emphasizes the impact of cultural intelligence, safety climate, and fairness perceptions on organizational performance and fan engagement.
Key themes in her publications include leveraging employee perceptions for sustainability, mitigating toxicity in workplace environments, and understanding generational differences in sport employees' well-being.
