LİDER BAL is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law, Gaziantep University, specializing in Public International Law. She has been affiliated with the university since 2012, serving in the Department of Public Law and Department of International Law.

Recent articles explore topics such as military intervention under international law, legal frameworks for treaty withdrawal, and human rights in penal execution systems. These works reflect her expertise in international judicial functions and state responsibilities.
