Prof. Dr. Fethullah BAYRAKTAR holds a PhD from Strasbourg University (2012) and academic positions at Ankara University of Social Sciences, Faculty of Law (2019–present) and Erzurum Atatürk University (2012–2019). His expertise spans International Law, International Human Rights Law, and Peace & Security. He has served in key administrative roles including Head of Department, Bologna Coordinator, and Deputy Dean.
Education: B.A. from Istanbul University (2003), M.A. from Robert Schuman University (2006), PhD from Strasbourg University (2012). Research focuses on UN mechanisms, humanitarian law, and geopolitical conflicts. He advises students on topics like cyber terrorism, refugee rights, and international criminal justice.
