Buğra Pakbeşe

Buğra Pakbeşe is a Research Assistant at Gaziantep University, Faculty of Law, Department of Public Law. He holds an MA in Public Law from Atılım University (2022) and a Licence in Law from Ankara University (2019). His research focuses on Human Rights Law, Gender Inequality, and the Effectiveness of International Human Rights Mechanisms.
