Lāsma Asare is a Lecturer at the Faculty of Medicine, Rīga Stradiņš University (RSU), affiliated with the Statistics Training Laboratory since 2018. Previously, she served as a Lecturer in the Department of Physics at RSU (2012–2018) and as a Research Assistant at the University of Latvia's Institute of Atomic Physics and Spectroscopy (2009–2015).
