Dr. Toms Baumanis serves as the Vice-Rector for Administration and Development at Riga Stradiņš University (RSU), where he also holds the title of Lecturer in the Faculty of Social Sciences. He is a Board Member of the RSU Stomatology Institute. His professional roles include overseeing institutional development and administrative strategies at RSU since 2010.
