Lynn Worden is an Associate Professor in the Department of Human Development and Family Studies at the University of Delaware's College of Human Services, Education and Public Policy. With a career spanning decades, she has dedicated her work to early childhood education, teacher training, and family support services.
Her professional journey began with an M.S. in Human Development and Family Studies (HDFS), followed by roles as a child life specialist, Head Start Family Service Worker, and educator. Since earning her doctorate in 2003, she has focused on teaching and advising teacher candidates in the Early Childhood Education major, earning recognition for her mentorship.
