Rev. Dr. Lyndon Drake is a Research Fellow in Theological Ethics and Artificial Intelligence at the University of Oxford, holding a DPhil in Theology (2023) and a PhD in Artificial Intelligence (2005). His dual expertise bridges biblical studies, economic theology, and AI ethics, with a focus on Māori post-colonial perspectives. Previously, he served as an Archdeacon in the Māori Anglican Church, managing multi-million dollar grants and leading teams of 20+ staff. His career spans finance (Barclays Capital, 2000–2011), AI research, and theological academia.
