Lynda Jiwen Song is a Professor of Management at Leeds University Business School, University of Leeds. Her expertise spans Organisational Behaviour, Leadership, Human Resource Management, and I/O psychology. She serves as Head of the Management Division and leads research initiatives with colleagues across Singapore, China, and Canada.

Lynda’s research focuses on workplace behavior and leadership dynamics, including a meta-analysis study on paradoxical leadership. She contributes to interdisciplinary research groups such as the Workplace Behaviour Research Centre and Centre for Employment Relations, Innovation and Change.
Her postgraduate students include Danqi Wu and Abi Dada. She is affiliated with multiple research centers, including the Socio-Technical Centre, Centre for Decision Research, and Centre for Technology Innovation and Engagement, reflecting her broad academic collaborations.
