Lynda Gratton is a Professor of Management Practice in Organisational Behaviour at London Business School. She directs the globally renowned program 'Human Resource Strategy in Transforming Companies' and teaches a highly popular elective on the Future of Work, for which she received the 'Excellence in Teaching' award in 2016. She has led the Future of Work Consortium for over a decade, facilitating collaboration among executives from 60+ companies via a bespoke platform.
