Lynda Allen

Lynda Allen is a Professor in the School of Business at Olivet Nazarene University, serving as a full-time faculty member since 2002. Previously, she taught part-time at the institution for a decade. She specializes in management and marketing education, leveraging her M.B.A. and doctoral degree in organizational leadership. Dr. Allen is renowned for leading the ONU Enactus team to regional and national competitions since 2003, emphasizing projects like youth budgeting education and microloan initiatives for Haitian entrepreneurs. Her leadership earned her the Sam Walton Fellow designation in 2009.

Dr. Allen holds a Doctor of Management (2009, University of Phoenix), M.B.A. (1988, Olivet Nazarene University), and B.S. (1982, Olivet Nazarene University). She is actively involved in College Church of the Nazarene in Bourbonnais, Illinois, alongside her family.
