Dr. Luna Chavez is an Instructor in the School of Hospitality and Tourism at SAIT Polytechnic, teaching Tourism & Travel and Hospitality streams since 2023. Her role emphasizes fostering critical thinking through dynamic learning environments and evidence-based decision-making. She holds a PhD in Tourism Studies from UAEMex, with additional degrees from McGill University and Mexico's National Polytechnic Institute.
