Professor Luke Millard serves as Dean of Learning and Teaching at Abertay University, leading the AbLE Academy which focuses on pedagogical innovation and educational enhancement. Millard's scholarship examines student transitions into higher education, with particular focus on diagnostic approaches to personalize academic support. His research develops frameworks for implementing microcredentialing systems that recognize diverse student achievements.
