Lukas Ivanauskas is a doctoral student and researcher at Vilnius University's Institute of Political Science, affiliated with the Department of Political Philosophy and History of Ideas. His work bridges political philosophy, theology, and social sciences, with a focus on EU-Africa policy and the political dynamics of Baltic states.

- B.A. in Political Science (Cum Laude, 2019) from Vilnius University

Research Focus
Lukas investigates how political reasoning integrates philosophy, theology, and science. His research spans European studies, comparative political sociology, and Baltic states' Africa policy, analyzing frameworks like EU-Africa relations and OECD DAC guidelines.
Projects and Grants
He coordinated the Baltics-EU-Africa Trialogue project (2021–2022), funded by the Active Citizens Fund, and presented findings at international conferences in Czech Republic and the UK.
