Dr. Simonas Algirdas Spurga is a researcher at Vilnius University's Institute of Political Science and International Relations (VU TSPMI), specializing in the Department of Political Economy. He also serves as Head of the IMF Policy Analysis Group at the Bank of Lithuania. Previously, he worked at the International Monetary Fund (2021-2023) in the US and completed a research visit at the University of Geneva (2023-24).
