Luisa Corrado

Luisa Corrado is a Professor of Economics at the University of Rome Tor Vergata, affiliated with the Department of Economics and Finance. She also holds visiting positions at the Judge Business School, University of Cambridge, and the National Institute of Economic and Social Research in London.

Her research spans computational macroeconomics, microeconometrics, network analysis, and spatial econometrics, with a focus on macroeconomic dynamics, monetary policy, and regional economics. Her work explores intersections like household consumption, housing wealth, macroprudential policies, and open market operations.

She has published in prestigious journals such as The Economic Journal, Journal of Economic Geography, and Journal of Regional Science. One recent article analyzed pandemic-induced macroeconomic shocks.
