Germana Corrado

Germana Corrado is an Associate Professor of Economics at the Department of Management and Law, Faculty of Economics, University of Rome Tor Vergata, a position held since November 2022. Previously, she served as Assistant Professor from 2015 to 2022 and held academic roles at the institution since 2007, including Adjunct Professor in 2012. She holds a Doctoral Degree in Money and Finance (2003) and a Laurea in Economics with highest honors (1996) from the same university, with additional research experience at the University of Cambridge (2001).

Her research spans Economic Policy, International Economics, and Corruption Economics, with significant focus on experimental studies of corruption, international financial systems, and housing market dynamics. Current projects include the GOV-AI initiative (2025-2027) examining AI governance in economic policy, and prior work on corruption perceptions funded through the university's Beyond Borders grant program. Her methodology integrates lab-type experimental approaches with policy analysis, particularly in public administration contexts.
