Lucy Maddox is a Senior Research Fellow and Doctor of Philosophy in the Department of Psychology at the University of Bath, affiliated with the Bath Centre for Mindfulness and Compassion. She is funded by the National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) to develop interventions targeting compassion fatigue in NHS staff working in child and adolescent mental health wards. Her work focuses on multi-level approaches addressing both individual and organizational factors.
