Dr. Lucrezia Casulli is a Senior Lecturer at the Hunter Centre for Entrepreneurship, Strategy and Innovation within the Strathclyde Business School at the University of Strathclyde. Her research and teaching are deeply rooted in entrepreneurial cognition, mindset development, and neuroinclusivity in entrepreneurship. She actively contributes to knowledge exchange and policy development in Scotland through advisory roles with Scottish Enterprise and Scottish EDGE.
Her research interests include:
- Entrepreneurial mindset and competences
- Neurodiversity and inclusive entrepreneurial ecosystems
- International entrepreneurship and firm internationalization
- Qualitative process and micro-dynamics research
- Psychoeducational interventions for mindset change
Dr. Casulli’s recent publications focus on developing educational tools like the RECCO Crew series, which uses creative narratives to teach entrepreneurial competences such as empathy, resilience, and collaboration. These works reflect a trend toward accessible, applied, and inclusive entrepreneurship education aimed at diverse learners, including children and neurodivergent individuals. Her research bridges theory and practice, emphasizing actionable insights for entrepreneurs, educators, and policymakers.

She has supervised student consultancy projects for over 60 SMEs annually through her Internationalisation and Growth Lab. Her advisory roles with public agencies demonstrate strong engagement in translating research into policy and practice. She is also active in professional communities through conference participation, invited talks, and journal peer review.
