Luciana Simion is an Adjunct Professor and Manager of the Maldonado Executive Leadership Institute (MELI). She holds an LLM in American Legal System and is pursuing a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior at Claremont Graduate University. Her expertise spans corporate governance, leadership development, and strategic management, informed by roles at San Diego law offices and as assistant to the Standing Bankruptcy Trustee for the Southern District of California (2018-2019).
